Most of the StartUp’s information is visible from the start. However, sensitive documents require the StartUp’s approval to ensure commitment and confidentiality.
Can I speak with StartUps before investing? What happens after I decide to invest?▶
Yes! In fact, we strongly encourage investors to communicate with StartUps before making an investment to ensure alignment. Once you negotiate and agree on terms with the StartUp, both parties sign the necessary documents. The funds are then transferred to an escrow account and released when both sides confirm the deal.
What are the fees for investors?▶
We charge a commission per investment, but never more than $500 for Pre-Seed & Seed rounds and $1,500 for Series A or later rounds.
How is my investment protected? How do you ensure commitnent and seriousness from StartUps?▶
Funds go through an escrow system and are only released when both parties approve. This ensures a secure and fair transaction. StartUps must subscribe to be listed as "actively seeking investment." This ensures that only serious and committed StartUps appear in the marketplace.
Can I sell my shares after investing?▶
This depends on the agreement you negotiate with the StartUp. Each deal has different conditions regarding liquidity and exits.
